The list of coronavirus deaths in Greece is growing, with two more people ultimately bringing the total number of deaths to 373. This is an 80-year-old woman who was treated in the intensive care unit of the Alexandroupolis hospital and a 61-year-old woman of Afghan origin, intubated in the ICU of Evangelismos since September 14.

EODY on Friday announced 286 new cases of coronavirus in the country, 31 of which are associated with known epidemics and 37 were detected following checks at the gates of the country.
The total number of cases is 16,913, of which 55.7% are men.
Of the total cases, 2,763 (16.3%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 7,028 (41.6%) are related to an already known case.
In addition, 63 of our fellow citizens are treated by intubation. Their median age is 69 years. Of these, 15 (23.8%) are women and the rest are men.
87.3% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are aged 70 and over.
At the same time, 197 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
