Starting at 4 a.m. today, the hands of the clocks have moved back one hour due to the change from summer time to winter time. So at 4:00 am, the indicators were showing 3:00 am. The time changes will end in 2021 following a decision by the European Parliament.
EU countries which decide to keep their daylight saving time will have to make their last change on the last Sunday of March 2021. Those who prefer to keep their winter time can adjust their clock permanently on the last Sunday of October 2021, according to the bill adopted by the deputies with 410 votes in favor, against 192 against and 51 abstentions.
